Our Signature Massage helps relieve pain, tension, and stress and increases general well-being. It either focuses on the main areas of pain and postural tension, or it can be a relaxing full body massage. CranioSacral Therapy is a very gentle, light-touch approach that releases tensions in the central nervous system so that every other system in the body can relax, self-correct, and free itself of pain and discomfort. CranioSacral Therapy is very helpful for Migraines, Headaches, Chronic Neck or Back pain, Chronic Fatigue, Fibromyalgia, TMJ Syndrome, and Many Other Conditions.
This machine is used to perform MediCupping therapy for the face and body. Massage cupping treatment helps drain excess fluids and toxins, loosen adhesions and lift connective tissue, bring blood flow to stagnant skin and muscles and stimulate the peripheral nervous system.
A Sports Massage helps to condition the muscles of athletes of all skill levels. These trained health and wellness professionals identify the frequency and types of physical activities of their clients, and they use the information to apply the proper massage techniques to various muscle groups. This is designed to help your body feel freer and stronger. It is particularly great for those with active lifestyles.
